We have purchased 3 vehicles though Truck Town. This time around we needed a new vehicle due to our growing family. I reached out to Don and let him know what we were looking for. The next time I stopped in, everyone on the sales floor knew what I was looking for and said they were keeping their eye out for me! Just purchased my new suv, it is beyond what I wanted and I am super excited about it. The sales manager, the salesman that helped me with my purchase, Carl who helped me with precious purchases , Jason in financing & Mac in the shop, all make you feel like you're their top priority.

There should only be a five star button for these people....they believe in giving people second chances.... It's a great business for this struggling community!!! My credit wasn't excellent but they tried really hard to make sure that our family got something and it's used car but still looks brand new... I highly recommend this place they treat every customer like family!!!

So, I traded a car in for another car from here in January 2015. I know it's been a while now but I still have the car I got from them and I'm in love with the car still to this day. To start, it was and is a beautiful, very fun, very reliable (surprisingly) turbocharged car compared to its age. From my knowledge of cars, they gave me a very fair trade price. The employees here were SO friendly and helpful I didn't mind taking the drive from Lakewood area up to Bremerton because of a few hiccups. I was at one point paying two car payments because they hadn't bought off my traded in car, but they without hesitation paid me back for those extra payments. They offered to fix any issues I may have without cost, but I've only had one minor issue with the car itself I was able to fix myself! They were honest with me and I felt more like a friend than really a customer because how honest they really wanted to help me out, the salesmen weren't sharks like most dealerships salesmen are. I actually want to go back just to visit because I enjoyed this company so much. I would absolutely recommend.
