I recently bought a 1999 VW Beetle for my daughter at Truck Town and wanted to express my appreciation for the service from start to finish.

I pulled in cold with my daughter and was met by Brian Kennedy. After searching for (6) months for the right car and getting no where, Brian took the bull by the horns, did the dirty work to locate the car for the right price and made the whole deal simple.

As always there were small details with the car that needed attention, which Brian and the staff at Truck Town handed seamlessly.

It had about 81,000 miles on it but had obviously been kept in good condition, and came with all the maximum accessories and options. Larry was very helpful in giving us details about this vehicle. He encouraged us to take a drive which we did and loved its ride and the way it handled. This was the first "4Runner" we had driven. After a short drive, we arrived back to talk more with Larry. I really appreciated his very courteous, responsive, and professional knowledge, and also the fact that he was not "pushy" with us. We thanked Larry and said we'd think about it, and left.

Think about it we did, and returned about a couple of hours later. Larry was most helpful in going through the purchase arrangements, options, customer mechanical checkout, time frames, "taking care" of some minor repairs, and ultimately settling on a reasonable price. We were impressed by the fact that "TT" has two full-time trained mechanics, and can do repairs "at cost."

Olen was also very helpful in going over the closing documentation, and Scott added to the professional way we were helped.

This 95 4Runner is 4Keeps. GREAT SUV, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE!! If a good reputation for selection, service, and price is what keeps car dealers in business, I would say the TRUCK TOWN TEAM has a bright dynamic future ahead. I won't hesitate to recommend TRUCK TOWN to people interested in great used vehicles.

I would like to thank your staff for all the great work they have done for me today. I travelled to six different car dealers, and you were the only one who showed interest in selling cars.

Truck Town was the only dealer to have people out on the lot. All the other dealers I went to showed no interest in selling cars. I waited fifteen to twenty minutes for a salesman to help me, and most just yelled across the lot.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm very happy with my GEO - also I'm very satisfied with the service I received when after only 2 days my car suddenly seemed to have lost all power - the mechanics searched 'til they fixed whatever was the problem; since then I haven't had any other problems with the car.

I bought a 92 Toyota 4x4 PickUp from Brent. I was in the market for a small 2-wheel drive PickUp under $6,000. Brent showed me what he had and asked me what my main purpose for the truck is. I told him that is for camping and getting me back in the woods to mountain bike. Brent started to show me what he had in 4-wheel drive. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to buy that day, but because he didn't pressure me and feed me with stories, I decided to wait.

Brent called me at home and told me about a 92 Toyota 4x4 PickUp that he was taking in on trade. I told him to call me back when the trade is final and I would come down and look at it. He didn't call back - instead, he came the extra mile and brought the truck to me. The next day I drove the truck off the lot with a smile. It is great to meet a salesperson that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I would just like to say thank you Brent for finding a truck for me.
